With a game like Prototype, anything is possible and nothing is out of reach. Prototype gave the player what they always wanted: Freedom. Freedom to do anything and everything. As Alex got more dominant he was able to create a two-handed blade that would cut up government troops in half like a meat slicer, and alongside there was critical mass attacks that acted like smart-bombs, taking out entire streets of people in one go.
