Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall DLC Gameplay Trailer Shows Off New Toys

A different outlook on the events of DIshonored sees Daud cleaning house.

Arkane Studios has released a new trailer for the upcoming The Knife of Dunwall DLC for their critically acclaimed first person stealth title Dishonored. It showcases the new areas one will travel to, and what do you know? New toys as well.

We get to see the miniature Wall of Light mine that can fry enemies instantly, along with the new Blink power. This time, instead of teleporting from one area to another, you can freeze time and instantly choose a spot to Blink to. It looks simple but as with anything involved with Dishonored, it’s anything but.

There is also plenty going on behind the scenes as Daud, the protagonist in the DLC, struggles to come to terms with the death of the Empress and what he must do afterwards. It involves lots of stabbing, naturally, but the same moral struggle will be present here as with Corvo.

The Knife of Dunwall releases on April 16th for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
