Disney Interactive And Harmonix Reveal New Realm, “The Haven,” From Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved

Trippy as all hell.

Disney and Harmonix’s trippy Disney themed music game, Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved, is due next year, and Disney has been taking the opportunity to showcase the title to us at every possible chance. They just revealed a new realm in the game, called The Haven (video included above).

The Haven is a forested realm that you explore with your muse; Disney promises a lot of secrets hidden in the forest level, including a Yeti and a cave, that can only be uncovered if the players achieve mastery of every single track associated with the level. The tracks, incidentally, include Fun’s “Some Nights,” Kimbra’s “Settle Down,” and Antonio Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons: Winter 1st Movement.”

Yeah, there’s a bit of a range there.

Anyway, the game will be available exclusively for the Xbox One console, with a later release planned for Kinect for the Xbox 360 as well. Stay tuned for further coverage.
