Dota 2 Rekindling Soul Update Goes Live, Changes Map and Tweaks Heroes

Valve Software has released a new update for Dota 2 called Rekindling Soul. It’s a pretty hefty update since it re-balances heroes, kicks off Fantasy Season Two and even changes up the maps.

For example, the area around Roshan now has the pit at a different angle. The paths to reach Top Radiant Tier 1 Tower and the Dire Lanes near Roshan’s pit have also been changed. It may seem like a minor set of changes but remember that it significantly changes things up for players who know the map so well.

Another interesting new feature is Fight Recap, which lets you study your matches by looking at each stat differently. A Bounty run has also been added and that’s not including the large list of improvements, changes and bug fixes. Check out the complete list of update notes here.
