It’s almost here- after the absolutely disappointing Dragon Age II (and just a run of games that have disappointed fans in general, for Bioware), the third entry in the Dragon Age series, that seems to be returning to the spirit of what made the original Dragon Age: Origins so great, is almost here. Bioware has been amping up the hype by releasing more and more information about the game ahead of its October release, and most of it seems to be what fans want to hear.

This new snipped might be disappointing, though- apparently, there will be no mounted combat in Inquisition. Apparently, mounted combat is viewed as a big deal within Bioware, and they wanted to approach the ‘feature’ correctly. As far as they are concerned, though, mounted combat is simply not what Inquisition is about.

Bioware also promised that there is a long, extensive story arc involving one of the game’s main characters, Cullen, and that this story would span multiple regions.

Dragon Age Inquisition launches in October for PC, Xbox One, PS4, PS3, and Xbox 360, with more information assuredly coming our way this E3. Stay tuned.
