Dragon Age Inquisition

It has been confirmed that the hugely anticipated Dragon Age Inquisition will be running at 1080p on the PlayStation 4 and 900p on the Xbox One. The news came by way of a tweet from the official Dragon Age Twitter account which stated that, “Confirmed: DAI resolution is 1080p on PS4, and 900p on Xbox One. We maximized the current potential of each platform.”

Bioware have also revealed the specifications for the PC build of the game which are actually really very reasonable. It will support Windows 7 and 8.1 (64-bit), a minimum 2.0 GHz Intel quad core CPU with 4GB of RAM. AMD 4000 or higher GPUs are suggested. For Nvidia, they recommend GeForce 8800 GT and upwards. DirectX 10 support and 26 GB hard drive space are also required.

Recommended specs however lean towards the AMD 7000  series and upwards whereas Nvidia suggestions include GeForce GTX 660 and higher. An AMD six core 3.2 GHz or an Intel quad core 3.0 GHz are also recommended. The good news is that the game will support an Xbox 360 controller for those who don’t want to faff about with keyboard controls.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will release on November 18th for North America and November 21st in Europe for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
