Dragon Age: Inquisition Takes Many, Many Leaves Out Of Skyrim’s Book

And I am okay with it.

EA and Bioware just released a new trailer for the eagerly anticipated third installment in the Dragon Age saga, Dragon Age: Inquisition, and damn it looks good. The entire trailer, and the game itself, seems to be channeling The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim pretty heavily, but considering how awesome Skyrim was, I am frankly okay with that.

Especially after how disappointing Dragon Age II was (even more so when contrasted to the sheer amazingness that was Dragon Age: Origins), Inquisition, while heavily derivative of other RPG hits, looks to be a return to form, and its beautifully realized lush open world definitely looks like a neat playground for some great role playing adventures.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will be out in Fall 2014 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC; it is being developed by Bioware, using DICE’s Frostbite 3 engine. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information.
