Dragon’s Dogma 2 has clearly not enjoyed the sort of explosive sales that other Capcom megatons like Resident Evil and Monster Hunter routinely do, but the action RPG trudges along at an even pace. As per Capcom’s recently updated Platinum Titles page – which lists up-to-date sales for all million-plus sellers put out by the company – it’s hit a notable sales milestone.

As of December 31, Dragon’s Dogma 2 has sold 3.5 million units worldwide across all platforms, up from 3.3 million. That means the open-world title sold an additional 200,000 units over that quarter. That isn’t blinding pace by any means, so it should be interesting to see how long its sales can maintain this momentum. Capcom has shown no signs of releasing sales-boosting DLC or updates of any sort (that we know of, at least).

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Read our review of the game through here.
