Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen Trailer: Leaping Like a Ranger

Check out what the Ranger class in Capcom's upcoming expansion is capable of.

Along with the Sorceror and Mystic Knight, Capcom’s upcoming expansion Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen features the ever so agile Ranger class. The developer/publisher has released a new video for the same, showcasing just how the Ranger handles his fights.

Using a mix of long-range weaponry and agility, with flips and double jumps being the order of the day, the Ranger is able to make quick work of his foes. The presence of small, quick-hitting weaponry doesn’t hurt either (for those on the same side, at least).

We also got to see how the Ranger can navigate his surroundings to obtain treasure or just scout ahead like a boss, latching onto hanging objects and even mounting enemies to rip them to pieces with knives to the face.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is slated to release for PlayStation 3 on April 23rd in North America and April 26th in Europe, and will feature the original game along with the expansion for €29.99/£19.99.
