Evolution Studios’ DriveClub is now back in the spotlight after the developer announced that it would be out on October 7th in North America (October 10th in Europe) for the PS4. Gameplay trailers have been periodically arriving since with this newest one showcasing the Pagani Huayra supercar as it races through Canada’s forests. Check it out above.

Despite being footage from the beta, the game looks extremely good running at 1080p and 30 frames per second. Car textures look extremely detailed and realistic even from a distance. The outlying surroundings showcase strong draw distance and foliage. It’s all very solid at this point and we’re curious how the final version will turn out.

DriveClub is expected to appear at Sony’s E3 media briefing on June 9th. It will release in October for PS4 after being delayed nearly a year from its original release date. Stay tuned for more information on the game as E3 2014 draws near.
