Dying Light Slaughterhouse Cleaver Mod Is All Sorts of Electrifying

A shocking development.

Techland made a name for themselves with Dead Island for Deep Silver on the last generation of consoles, a unique kind of zombie action game that mixed elements of co-op, traditional survival horror and resource management, and role playing games. So obviously, you want to keep an eye on anything else that they do, right? And their next game, Dying Light, looks to build upon the framework of Dead Island, but it seems to go bigger and better. And crazier.

Yeah, for example, look at this mod. It’s called the slaughterhouse cleaver mod, and not only does it give you a honking big blade to slice your zombified pals neatly in half with all the gratuitous blood and gore that accompanies that, but it also injects a bit of electricity into the equation. Literally. Now, as you slice your enemies in two, you will also see them electrified, their skeletons illuminated.

Neat.
