Dynasty Warriors 9 is finally out but it hasn’t been smooth sailing for the game since its launch. Many players have reported experiencing technical issues with the game across multiple platforms. One of the major issues reported has been the frame rate issues on the PS4. Koei Tecmo has now acknowledged these problems and have promised to soon fix these issues.

On the PS4, two different modes are supported with one being a cinematic mode that runs at a higher resolution, but at lower framerates. On the other hand, the action mode supports an unlocked frame rate that runs a lot smoother, but there are still drops in framerates occasionally. Similar issues have also plagued the Xbox One and PC versions of the game, and Koei Tecmo has promised that they will look into these issues soon.

Dynasty Warriors 9 is now available to play on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can read our review here.
