Dynasty Warriors Origins

Omega Force’s Dynasty Warriors: Origins is still a few months out, but fans can go hands-on with a demo on November 22nd. A new features trailer is also available, narrated by studio head Tomohiko Sho and outlining everything you should know about the game. Check it out below.

As for the demo, it focuses on the Battle of Sishui Gate, revealed at Tokyo Game Show 2024 (check it out here). It’s not quite the same since the team has included new “additional elements” for a “more substantial and challenging battle.”

Players can use four weapon types – Sword, Guandao, Wheels, and Pudao – and even adjust arts and other gear. Multiple difficulty levels are available, and there’s no time limit. If that wasn’t enough, the demo and full game are enhanced for PlayStation 5 Pro.

Dynasty Warriors: Origins launches on January 17th, 2025, for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Pre-orders go live on November 22nd and provide a bonus “Nameless Warrior Garb” based on Team Ninja’s Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
