Omega Force’s Dynasty Warriors: Origins is a return to the more classic Musou-style gameplay that fans know and love (especially after the disastrous Dynasty Warriors 9). With the largest armies ever seen, what better way for the player to battle hordes of enemies at a time than with Ultrawide screen support on PC? Check out the first trailer below to see how it looks.

Unfortunately, the developer has yet to outline all the available PC features or requirements, so we’ll need to wait for updates. Nevertheless, Dynasty Warriors: Origins appears promising with its story about a nameless hero in the Three Kingdoms era. Players will fight alongside Zhang Jiao and Guan Yu, participate in conflicts like the Battle of Guandu, and even control companions for Extreme Musou Attacks.

Dynasty Warriors: Origins launches on January 17th, 2025, for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Head here for more details on the technical hurdles faced by the team, such as showcasing thousands of soldiers on-screen at once.
