With EA Sports FC 25 approaching its September release, EA is continuing to release new deep dive trailers to reveal details on various aspects of the upcoming football sim. In newly released trailers, the company has turned the spotlight to two of the series’ biggest modes- Ultimate Team and Career Mode.

The Ultimate Team deep dive goes over how this year’s mode is going to implement new features and additions in the form of the new 5v5 Rush experience, as well as the previously detailed FC IQ tactics systems and new player roles. Players can also expect various other improvements, such as new matchday broadcast cutscenes, enhanced player cosmetic options, the removal of Contracts, and more.

The Career Mode deep dive, meanwhile, also talks about aforementioned headlining additions such as Rush, FC IQ, and player roles, and how they will impact both Player and Manager Career experiences, before also talking about improvements to player development plans, youth scouting and development, press conferences and player morale, and more.

Another key addition in this year’s Career Mode is being able to manage a women’s team across five available top flight leagues, as well as new Live Start Points, which will allow you to jump into the 2024/25 season during any game week, with the game reflecting the actual points tallies, stories, stats, and more from the real-world ongoing season at the time. You can also expect snazzy new menus, new customization options, and more. Check out the deep dive trailers below for more details.

EA Sports FC 25 launches on September 27 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
