Electronic Arts has officially unveiled EA Sports UFC 4, releasing on August 14th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Cover athletes this time around include Israel “The Last Stylebender” Adesanya and Jorge “Gamebred” Masvidal. Check out the reveal trailer below.

EA Sports UFC 4 is looking to make several strides to its systems with new unified progression, revamped takedown and ground mechanics and much more. There’s also an emphasis on customizing one’s character, fighting in new environments like The Kumite, The Backyard, UFC Apex and Action Avenue. Weight class and disciplines, along with more 1600 pieces of gear, will also change how different fighters perform.

Career Mode is also being changed to allow for developing backstories and offering “an in-depth evolution process for the duration of the fighter’s career.” There’s even some aspect of partnerships and rivalries which can also contribute to experience and skills. Though EA didn’t announce Xbox Series X and PS5 versions, the ESRB has rated the same. Expect an official announcement for these in the coming months.
