X Rebirth

X Rebirth, the space simulation game, has seen it’s fair share of bugs and issues in the wake of its recent release on Steam. Egosoft, the game’s developer issued a statement via Steam’s Community page for the game apologizing and detailing future updates:

“First of all let me start by saying that I am vey sorry if you personally experience problems with our new game. We are doing what we can to fix these issues as fast as possible. Below I will try to summarize some tips and inform you about our plans for updates and patches based on the feedback from threads in this forum and the egosoft community,” the developer said.

Version 1.14 was released on November 18th targeting specific bugs, and version 1.15 will be released today to tackle a different set of issues.

X Rebirth was released on November 15th for Windows. Hopefully it will get it’s feet under it soon and live up to its conceptual potential.
