El Shaddai Director Revealing Major “New Mythical Concept” Within 2 Weeks

And it won't be an indie title.

Remember El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron? If not, we don’t blame you but for what it offered, it wasn’t a bad action title for previous generation consoles. The big news though is that the game’s director Takeyasu Sawaki is working on a new project and it will be something major, rather than “indie”.

At a panel during Tokyo Sandbox 2017, Sawaki said (as per Gematsu) that it would be a “new mythical concept” which would be announced sometime “within two weeks”.

“It’s not indie, it’s major. Please look out for it. I’m pretty sure it will be covered by various media. It’s major, so I’m really not allowed to speak about it, but please look forward to it.”

What could it be and why isn’t Sawaki allowed to talk about it? It would seem a big publisher is involved but that’s just speculation for now. Then again, it would fit into it not being “indie”. What do you think? Let us know below.
