Elden Ring Nightreign

With less than four weeks before FromSoftware’s Elden Ring Nightreign launches, IGN First has provided some new gameplay for one of the eight Nightlords players encounter after surviving for three nights. Known as Libra, Creature of Night, this goat-headed boss utilizes attacks that afflict Madness. Check it out below.

Before the fight, you can make a deal for great strength, ailment resistance, and holding death at bay. Depending on the choice, you’ll receive benefits (including a powerful weapon), though it also comes at an unknown cost. Of course, not taking a deal is also allowed if you so desire.

Libra starts by casting spells, from projectiles to area-of-effect sigils on the floor. After taking enough damage, it will go berserk and unleash more frenetic melee attacks. Its Madness-based spells also become more potent, including a large AoE that rains down projectiles.

Elden Ring Nightreign launches on May 30th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out the overview trailer for more details.
