The wait for FromSoftware’s Elden Ring Nightreign continues, and a new Nightfarer trailer is available, highlighting the Guardian. As a more defense-focused character, the eagle/man hybrid possesses a large shield that can block extensive damage. Check it out below.
It can then launch a counter-attack with its Halberd, which is enough to stun an enemy. If surrounded by several smaller enemies, use the whirlwind skill to sweep them. Finally, its Ultimate Art sees the Guardian taking to the sky and delivering a devastating plunging attack.
Perhaps the most intriguing part is that its damage is enough to revive an ally. Time will tell, so stay tuned for a more extensive breakdown of its skills and passive.
