While the reception for Elden Ring has been overwhelmingly positive since its recent launch, the game has had some shortcomings in regards to the technical performance, which has left a sour taste in the mouth for many people. Fortunately, FromSoftware and Bandai Namco have been swift in addressing these issues, ensuring a smoother player experience.

As such, the game has received another new patch for its PC and PlayStation 5 versions. Numbered 1.02.2, the patch on PC fixes issues such as proper usage of the graphics card to reduce the problem of slow performance, a bug that caused the game to shut down under certain conditions, and general bug fixes.

The PS5 version of the patch, meanwhile, brings in changes to the save game progression even when the game is not terminated. The patch notes are not too lengthy, and you can read them in the post below via the game’s official Twitter page.
