Red Rover Interactive took to the stage during PC Gaming Show 2025 to announce that its PvP multiplayer shooter, Enginefall, will be getting a playtest through Steam from June 13 to June 15. The announcement was made with a trailer for the game, which you can check out below.

Enginefall combines fast-paced PvP action with survival crafting and base-building gameplay. Players start out in a massive train trapped in eternal servitude until they decide to stand up and fight back to take over the engine. During their time in the train, players can make friends, build alliances with other players, and build up their own home base to craft new gear.

Players will often have to set out further into the train to get their hands on isotopes or fuel cores that they will ultimately need to get power up their own train with new equipment and even carriages.

Enginefall is slated for release in early 2026.
