Epic working on “a new unannounced IP”

Epic Games’ main studio based in North Carolina is looking to hire people to work on Gears of War 3 and a “new unannounced IP”.

“Epic Games is looking for Gameplay Programmers to join the team working on Gears of War 3, as well as a new unannounced IP in development,” says a job ad (via Xboxygen).

Our Gameplay Programmers have an intrinsic understanding of what makes a game fun and the analytical mind to break that down into its constituent parts.

“They experiment with game design and use rabid prototyping, yet have the engineering background to make strong architectural and algorithmic decisions.”

Stay tuned, we’ll have more for you soon.
