Evolve Goes Gold, Snazzy CG Intro Trailer Released

One month to go before hunting season.

Posted By | On 08th, Jan. 2015

Turtle Rock Studios’ Evolve has gone gold one month before its release on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. This means that all principle work on the game is done and it’s being readied for distribution.

“While everyone else was celebrating the start of 2015, the Evolve team was eagerly awaiting final certification from first parties. And now we’re happy to announce that Evolve has ‘Gone Gold.’

“Evolve is out the door. Off to the manufacturers. After that, it gets shipped to retail stores in time for launch on February 10th!”

This doesn’t mean that Turtle Rock will be taking an extended vacation. There will be an open beta next week and the developer will look to gather even more feedback for the game. It will also be adding new content over the next few and unveil a fourth Monster for players to terrorize their friends with.
