F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch

TiGames and bilibili have announced a release date for Metroidvania title F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch. It’s out on September 7th for PS4 and PS5 (though the PC release date is still “TBA” as per Steam). Some new gameplay footage has also been revealed via a short trailer – check it out below.

The story follows Rayton, a former soldier who took part in a losing battle against the Machine Legion that invaded Torch City. Following the arrest of his friend, Rayton acquires a mechanical fist and takes up the fight once more. The world offers a number of different interconnected areas, each with their own unique themes, puzzles and challenges.

Along with the Fist, Rayton also has the Drill and the Whip which can inflict strong damage and provide more range respectively. There are a variety of different enemies and bosses to deal with though, and each will test your mettle. Stay tuned for more details on F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch in the coming weeks.
