F1 24

EA Sports has officially announced F1 24, the next title in Codemasters’ Formula 1 racing series. It’s out on May 31st for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC, with pre-orders currently available. Check out the first trailer below.

According to the official website, F1 24 offers dynamic handling with the “latest physics”, allowing for more control over one’s driving style. A new Driver Career mode with “new gameplay rooted in the sport” is also promised, with a full reveal coming in April.

Interestingly, F1 23 players who pre-order can play Time Trial challenges with “selected” 2024 team cars before the weekend’s opening race. Those who own F1 2021, F1 22 or F1 23 will also get a 15 percent discount when pre-ordering F1 24 Champions Edition.

In addition, 2024 liveries from McLaren, Alpine, Haas and Williams will be playable for F1 23 players who pre-order F1 24’s Champions Edition before April 24th in a special in-game event. There will be more liveries post-April 24th and 2023 F1 esports liveries for McLaren and Alpine that carry over into F1 24. Stay tuned for more details on the sequel ahead of its launch.
