Ahead of the launch of what might be the most anticipated game of the year, retailers are announcing more and more special editions for it. Fallout 4: Gold Edition has been announced, and it comes with a copy of the game, the Season Pass, and… a pair of Vault Boy branded socks.
No, seriously. Socks. I don’t get it either. I guess they are warm, just like a nuclear explosion is warm? Or maybe they are meant to keep you warm in the long nuclear winter that follows a nuclear explosion.
The bundle is available for both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and is $85. Head on over to Best Buy’s website now to pre-order this bundle, before it sells out- as it probably will, considering the track record of previous Fallout 4 special edition products.
Fallout 4 launches on November 10 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Of these, the Xbox One version will come with a free copy of Fallout 3, as well as support for mods, none of which are available with the PS4 version of the game at the moment.
