Fallout 4

Bethesda released yet another S.P.E.C.I.A.L video, the next in what is becoming a long running series leading up to the launch of the video game. These newest video shows how leveling up charisma will actually help your character in the game’s universe. This particular skill can get you out of quite a few jams if you are using it the right way. The video shows that charisma will alllow you to talk yourself out of problems as well as charming people you meet along the way during your travels.

The video points out, in only the way these videos can, that the charisma rating has some other benefits you might not immediately think of when choosing your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. The game’s newest video points out that even animals are affected in a certain way when it comes to getting away from their attacks. You can even win over an animal to your cause, if your charisma rating is high enough.

One of the more interesting features, according to video is that you will also be able to avoid developing a dependance on drugs and alcohol if you are working on your charisma S.P.E.C.I.A.L. The video also goes out of its way to warn you that while you won’t become an addict, you will be able to still feel the effects of drugs and booze. You’ll get to see how this all works first hand when Fallout 4 launches on November 10, 2015, until then check out the video below as well as other videos in the series.
