In the midst of so much trolling, a ray of hope.

Though TheSurvivor2299 turned out to be a hoax (no, seriously – it’s a hoax) and Bethesda’s Pete Hines confirmed no Fallout 4 for the Spike VGX Awards, which have now concluded, there are still some indications that it might be on the way. Austrian online retail store Gameware recently listed Fallout 4 for the Xbox One, PC and PS4. This has since been removed, though you can view what it stated here.

Gameware has been known for listing games that were actually confirmed, including Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition. Nonetheless, take this with a grain of salt.

This endless screwing around with fans doesn’t seem like it will be concluding any time soon. Nonetheless, it shows just how high the demand for a new Fallout really is. It’s insane at this point. The most anti-climatic thing at this point would actually be if Fallout 4 was revealed by Bethesda, just like that.

Are you expecting Fallout 4, possible for a release on next gen consoles in the next two years? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
