Fallout 4: Now Fans Want Nuka-Cola To Be Produced

They just want to enjoy that Quantum taste!

Fallout 4

Now that Bethesda has actually allowed for at least one fan preorder Fallout 4 using bottle caps, other fans are looking to take advantage of the traditions that have long been part of the series. In particular a petition has started asking for Bethesda to actually find a way to start producing Nuka Cola. Superfan Kyle Germuth has started the petition, which is slowly gaining traction and he’s included the caveat that there would be pin codes on the inside of the bottle cap that would allow fans a chance to win a free digital copy of the game.

The likelihood that this will ever come to pass is slim to none. At the same time, you have to give the fan credit for coming up with something like this. Bethesda has clearly been receptive to fan interest in the upcoming game. The company even released a free to play iOS game called Fallout Shelter. While the game was geared towards getting attention on Fallout 4, it was also made in a way that makes it quite a bit less annoying than most free to play or pay to win games on the mobile platform.

On the flipside there’s probably a limit to how far Bethesda is going to go when it comes to fan service. It’s unlikely the company is going to work that hard with a soft drink company to produce the drink that is featured in the game. Allowing someone to preorder a copy of Fallout 4 using bottle caps (the currency in the game series) is probably the end of the line.
