Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition Pre-Orders Being Canceled By GAME

If you pre-ordered Fallout 4: Pip Boy Edition from GAME in the UK, then you may want to follow up with them on that- apparently, they are canceling quite a few of these pre-purchases. A number of users woke up this morning to an email from the retailer informing them that it wasn’t able to charge them their payment and thus canceled their orders- which has naturally angered a swathe of customers, some of whom had pre-orders dating as far back as June, when the game (and the Collector’s Edition) was originally announced.

It seems the issue is that the payment method that the users had on file with GAME to have their orders processed is having issues going through. Basically, since GAME can’t process the payments, they are unable to process the orders. The users note, however, that the payment methods are all in order, with sufficient funds, and no issues on their end.

It basically seems to be a mess overall- but yes, it seems that even your pre-order isn’t safe any more.
