Far Cry 3 Map Editor Trailer is quite comprehensive

Earlier we reported the features of Far Cry 3’s map editor, it was very in-depth and had a lot of options for the players to create whatever levels they wanted. The game is set on an island, so the possibilities of creating a vast beautiful area are immense. Ubisoft has released a new video which gives the more information about the features.

The editor gives you access to a large variety of tools: buildings, landscapes elements, weather or time and learn how to create your island and customize it.

We do not know what the learning curve will be like but the modding potential of this game is incredible, and we can expect players to come up with great levels and maybe even mods that increase the features of the main game.

The one thing that bugs me is the lack of options for removing HUDs. I know this rant isn’t really suitable here since an editor is for something else, but Ubisoft really needs to allow players to disable things like that.
