Far Cry 3 Multiplayer Trailer: Fight in the Survival of the Sickest

Check out how Far Cry 3's multiplayer differs from other games.

Far Cry 3, developed by Ubisoft, might have met a different fate if it had stayed with the series creator Crytek. But thankfully, we still get the lush open greens and awesome open-world gameplay, which has only been expanded upon for the sequel.

But single-player is not the only mode that Ubisoft thought of for this wonderfully demented trip through the Rook Islands. In a new multiplayer trailer, you can witness the different innovations that the developer has introduced to distinguish it from others. You’ll be able to shout out battle cries, utilize team support weapons, and take part in new modes like Firestorm. Don’t forget to annoy your opponents with embarrassing finishing moves.

The areas also incredibly lush, taking place across seafronts, caverns, waterfalls, abandoned ships, campsites, jungles and much more. And did we mention the wonderful Psyche Gas that causes opponents to envision nightmarish landscapes and shadowy monsters arriving to devour their souls?

Far Cry 3 is currently slated for a December 4th release in North America for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
