Dealing death is easy in Far Cry 3, Ubisoft’s upcoming first person shooter releasing on December 4th in North America for PS3, PC and Xbox 360. Perhaps too easy, but then we’ve got the new Weapons trailer which indeed confirms that dealing death is both easy and fun.

Let’s start with the bow and arrow: Simple and effective, plus you can modify it for both flaming and explosive arrows for that extra bit of spice. Then there are the automatic machine guns, each with a variety of scopes and functions. Sure, there’s a handgun, RPG, grenade launcher and shotgun as well, but the real fun perhaps lies with the flamethrower. Besides torching enemies, you can also create several flash fires to simply decimate areas and lay waste to enemy camps when you’re not contributing to global warming.

Each weapon can be modified with silencers, scopes and other useful additions. And when all else fails, count on the trust knife for a sweet double kill. See it all go down (and up in flame) above.
