A recent PlayStation Blog update has revealed the top downloads on the PlayStation Store for the month of October 2021. Far Cry 6 has topped the list and has emerged as the most downloaded game on the PS5 in the region of US/Canada. On the EU side of things, FIFA 22 has topped the charts for PS5 games.
As expected, Back 4 Blood, NBA 2K22, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Hot Wheels Unleashed also made the list. Interestingly enough, Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles ranked #4 in the US and #8 in the EU. FIFA 22 was the most downloaded game on PS4 last month for both regions, which was closely followed by Far Cry 6.
Meanwhile, the PS VR top seller was Beat Saber across both regions, which was followed by Job Simulator. In the free-to-play category, eFootball 2022 emerged as the most downloaded game in both regions despite its troubled launch, followed by Epic’s Fortnite and Activision’s Call of Duty: Warzone.
