After announcing the addition of Kevin Rian to Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, SNK has also confirmed Billy Kane’s debut on the roster. Absent during Garou: Mark of the Wolves, he’s now the leader of the Howard Connection. Check out his moves below.

While Billy is busy managing the syndicate, he has a “deep grudge” against Terry Bogard following the death of Geese Howard. He still uses a three-part staff, smacking opponents from mid-range while executing extensive combos with its inbuilt chain. His fire moves are also back, including a sick vortex that traps a target before exploding.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves launches in early 2025 for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Other confirmed characters include Rock Howard, Tizoc, Preecha, Hotaru Futaba, Marco Rodrigues, B. Jenet, and Vox Reaper. Stay tuned for more reveals in the coming months and learn more about the new REV System and Overheat mechanics here.
