Game4U held a midnight launch for FIFA 13; a game that was pre-ordered by many, as evident by the massive lines in the screenshots. The event was undoubtedly a phenomenal success with over 500 FIFA fans desperately waiting to get their hands on the copy of EA Sports’ latest masterpiece.

Our review is in progress as well and should be up shortly, but as you can see from our review round-up here, the game is a critical success. Sales-wise, the game has done well worldwide in its first week, setting up some mind-numbing numbers.

Abhishek Duhan, who won the ‘1st to Own’ certificate was visibly elated. He said: “I’ve been visualizing this scene, ever since EA announced FIFA 13. So excited, and I can’t wait to get home and start playing.”

Milestone Interactive boss, Jayont Sharma, added: “As anticipated, FIFA 13 has exceeded expectations. The response towards the midnight launch has been phenomenal across cities which gives us a great sense of satisfaction. We are happy to be doing the right things for the gamers.”
