FIFA 16 Complete Soundtrack Revealed

The EA Sports games have continued to had some exceptionally high quality soundtracks over the last few years, songs which really add to the mood and atmosphere that the games are trying to achieve, so of course, anxiety for what songs will be included in this year’s FIFA game is not entirely unfounded.

Today, we finally know. The full list of songs in the FIFA 16 soundtrack has been revealed. With 42 artists from 15 different countries across a full range of songs, the soundtrack should have something for everyone.

“FIFA has traditionally been gaming’s foremost international showcase for new artists of every genre,” said Steve Schnur, Worldwide Executive of Music and Marketing at EA, “and with FIFA 16, we’ve once again created a soundtrack that will enable millions of fans worldwide to discover new music they might have never heard otherwise.

“Artists like Kygo and Aurora from Norway, X-Wife from Portugal, Bomba Estereo from Colombia, The Very Best from Malawi and the UK, Baiana System from Brazil and Raury from America do more than just enhance a great game. FIFA 16 represents globalized music as its very best.”

FIFA 16 launches on September 24, on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Versions for last gen consoles the handhelds, and mobile platforms will also be launched. Stay tuned for more coverage.
