Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age Gets New Screenshots And Trailer

How far have we come.

Final Fantasy 12 was a bit ahead of its time- the move to open world, free form RPGs with an emphasis on questing would occur eventually, but when it released in 2006, a lot of people were put off by its weirdness. With modern takes on that formula, including Square’s own Final Fantasy 15, having been so successful, it is being given another chance to shine.

With the game’s remaster due out in just a few months, Square Enix has gone ahead and shared some brand new screenshots as well as a new trailer for the game that you can see for yourself below. Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age looks to be a stunning graphical improvement over the original title (in addition to all the gameplay improvements that it is getting that we already know of).

The game will launch on PS4 exclusively on July 11. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information.
