Final Fantasy 15 New DLC Will Likely Focus On Ardyn Izunia

Tabata more or less confirms that they will focus on Ardyn's past.

Final Fantasy XV’s director Hajima Tabata recently spoke at great length with Game Legends about future support for the game by Square Enix, and in the process revealed some quite interesting details about a future DLC.

Tabata spoke about future DLC episodes, and once again re-confirmed that each DLC will focus on a single character, just like how Episode Gladiolus focuses on Gladio. Square Enix already have an Episode Prompto and Episode Ignis planned, and Tabata also confirmed, interestingly enough, that there are also plans to have a DLC episode that focuses primarily on the character of Ardyn. And quite frankly, an Episode Ardyn, who was the antagonist of Final Fantasy 15, would be awesome.

When asked whether Tabata plans to go deeper into the past of Ardyn, Tabata stated, “Yes, we plan on doing something like that, so you can look forward to seeing it.” Thoughts on Tabata’s comments? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned to GamingBolt for more on the game.
