Cue victory fanfare.

So far, a lot of the footage we have seen for Final Fantasy 15 has been for the PS4 version of the game. That, as well as the game’s poor performance on Xbox with the Episode Duscae demo release last year, probably prompted fears that the Xbox version of the game may be a far less optimized experience than the PS4 version is shaping up to be.

But if you had any such fears, it is time to lay them to rest. In a recent Twitchcon stream, the Xbox One version of the game was shown off, and it looks surprisingly great- the game seems to be running on Microsoft’s console with little to no hitches. It doesn’t seem like there was any reason to hide the Xbox One footage at all.

Performance aside, the footage includes new quests, new locations, a new boss, chocobos, and what may be a new spin on the magic system, in addition to the elemental magic that we have already seen before. You can check out the footage, courtesy of YouTube user Theemmywall, below. Final Fantasy 15 is set to launch on Xbox One and PS4 worldwide on November 29.
