Final Fantasy 15 Royal Edition Announced for PS4 and Xbox One

A complete editio incoming?

Final Fantasy 15 (7)

It seems like there is a Final Fantasy 15 Royal Edition may be inbound, if an ESRB listing of the game for the PS4 and Xbox One is to be believed. While the description tells us nothing, and we know nothing since Square has not yet announced it, we presume this would be referencing a final edition of the game, with the base game, and all the DLC and updates for it included in the package.

That also seems to indicate that Square’s relentless post launch support for the game may finally be coming to an end- at least as far as the major content drops and updates for it go. Of course, there is also always the possibility that Square keeps updating the game well after the Royal Edition is out, too.

Final Fantasy 15 launched in November on PS4 and Xbox One; it will also be getting a PC release later this year.
