Final Fantasy 15 is generally going to be a gorgeous game and a technical showcase- and even on standard PS4 and Xbox One systems, it looks like the game will make jaws drop. A lot of this probably has to do with the game’s excellent art direction, but at the same time, credit cannot be taken away from Square Enix’s absolute technical expertise and mastery.

Take these new screenshots, which you can see for yourself below, for example. They are all taken from the PS4 version of the game, running on standard PS4 hardware- no PS4 Pro enhancements here. And they show some superior vegetation and foliage, as well as what seems to be improved LOD too. In terms of game content, we get to see some more of the wilderness of Final Fantasy 15‘s world, and also another snapshot of urban life.

Final Fantasy 15 is due out on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on November 29.
