Final Fantasy XIII-2 to get a story DLC in May

Posted By | On 26th, Mar. 2012

Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be getting a story DLC titled “Requiem of the Goddess”. In case you haven’t played the game, the ending was bit of a suspect and I personally felt it was a little incompelete.

The DLC will be available in May, and details a fight between Lightning and Caius – who is the villain of the game.

According to this week’s Famitsu, the DLC is supposed to have a different combat mechanic, but we do not know more about this. Stay tuned to GB for more updates.

Meanwhile, you can check out our Final Fantasy XIII-2 review over here. Our author liked the game and said:

“Final Fantasy XIII-2 comes with its fair share of problems, but it is an excellent game that represents a tentative step into modernity for its genre.”

Tell us what you think in the comments section below.

Thanks, Andriasang.
