First Person Camera View Coming To GTA 5 For Xbox One & PS4

Neat, I can see how things look when I run them over now.

Sometimes people goof pretty hard. Sometimes people deny it. Sometimes people roll with the punches and say, “yeah, that happened”. Sometimes, Rockstar post some information about the first person view mode coming to Grand Theft Auto 5 for both on foot and in a car and then realize how hard they goofed and rapidly begin to back peddle.

But Rockstar, my friends, this is the internet. Nothing ever, EVER  goes away. How do I know this you say? Well that’s simple. Some smart fellow instantly screen capped the post and transcribed it for good measure! Sir I bend my knee to you. Speaking about the upgrade to the 8th gen hardward and PC, Rockstar gave the usual, “Grand Theft Auto V will take full advantage of the power of the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC” line. But the relevant part of the post reads as follows:

“In addition to the above features, you’ll see: A brand new first person mode for vehicles that shows the interior of the vehicle, including working speedometers, tachometers, dash lights, and more. A brand new first person mode while on foot.”

So yeah. There’s nothing else really to say other than, that’s friggin awesome.
