Fortnite Will Soon Get The Port-A-Fortress Defense Item

This seems to be a bigger and better version of the Port-A-Fort that we've already seen.

Fortnite Battle Royale

One of the great things about Fortnite is how regularly it is updated with new content and weapons, such as the Shockwave Grenade that was added some time ago, for instance. Now, Epic Games is teasing a brand new Defense Item, called the ‘Port-A-Fortress,’ which will be added soon to the game as well.

If the name of this item sounds familiar to you, that’s because it seems like it’s going to be a bigger version of the ‘Port-A-Fort’ item that was added back in April. Basically, this item will let you deploy your own fortress when needed to protect against the bullets and rockets that enemies fire at you. As of now, we don’t really know when this item will be added to the game, but we assume that it will be sometime before the start of Season 6, and maybe even with this week’s update.

You can see in the news screen picture that the item is yellow in color, which possibly indicates that it’s a Legendary item- which in turn means that it will be quite difficult to find. Hopefully, we’ll get to know more details about this item soon enough.
