A new trailer has been released for upcoming co-op heist game Gangs of Sherwood, giving us our first real look at its gameplay. The trailer also reveals that the game is slated for release this Fall. Check out the trailer below.
The trailer for Gangs of Sherwood features game director Andrea Steffano introducing the game. The gameplay itself lacks any outside narration, instead featuring the game’s own voice acting and sound effects.
The trailer gives us a glimpse at some of the unique gameplay styles, combat options, and special abilities for each of the playable characters. It shows off combat scenarios with various enemies, including a quick look at the opening moments of a boss fight.
As its name might imply, Gangs of Sherwood uses the same setting as the classic world of Robin Hood. It primarily focuses on heists, and puts players in the shoes of one of four different characters.
Gangs of Sherwood is coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
