Difficulty Options

Gears 5 will see many of the classic difficulty options being renamed. Casual difficulty is now Beginner, Normal is now Intermediate, Hardcore is Experienced and Insane remains, well, Insane. Beginner difficulty brings the benefit of locking onto foes, making it that much easier to aim (though this can be turned off). It may sound like sacrilege for Gears fans but for those new to the series, it’s a nice way to work up to higher difficulties.
