Pre-orders for Gears of War Judgment has begun. Players who pre-order the game at select outlets  will receive an exclusive in-game multiplayer weapon at launch:the Classic Hammerburst. This will also come along with the usual retailer-specific content.

Major Nelson describes the The Classic Hammerburst as following:

The Classic Hammerburst was the standard-issue assault rifle of the Locust Army during their E-Day onslaught. Highly accurate with a six-round burst, the Classic Hammerburst helped give the Locust a decisive advantage.

You can pre-order Gears of War: Judgement at Amazon.

Epic Games have also released a new gameplay footage showing The Classic Hammerburst in action.

Gears of War Judgment features Baird, Cole and a couple of new characters. It is set for release in early 2013. Yesterday, Epic Games had released a couple of awesome artwork from the game. You can check that out over here.
