Ghost Recon Wildlands Open Beta Confirmed

Dates and content still unknown.

If you didn’t get into the closed beta for Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, then don’t fret. Much like For Honor which had an open beta prior to launch, Wildlands will see an open beta coming sometime in the weeks before launch. This was confirmed in a recent earnings call by the publisher.

Hilariously enough, Ubisoft already revealed back in November that Ghost Recon: Wildlands would be seeing an open beta. If it’s a lot like For Honor, we wouldn’t be surprised if the open beta takes place a week or two prior to launch.

As for what it will contain, that’s still not confirmed. Will the Itacua region still be playable? Will there be more content? Will Ubisoft address the myriad of complaints that have come up during the closed beta? We’ll have to wait and find out.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is out on March 7th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Will you be taking part in the open beta? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
